Dec. 5 Christmas Parade: Harmon foot bridge 9 AM. We hope you plan on participating in the parade. Please let Joan know so she can give the numbers to the city. At 4:30 PM, we will start our annual Christmas Party at Joan & Ray’s home, 21131 Clairaway Avenue, 382-9370. Just bring a Man or Ladies gift (a $10 - $20 value) for the exchange, which is a blast, and your favorite side dish or desert along with your favorite beverage. Main meal will be catered by the Club. Joan also thought, if you have a remote control car, we could have fun with them, as they have two battery operated Corvettes.
March 19 - 21st, Central Oregon Rod and Custom Show – Deschutes County Fairgrounds: Limited to 135 entrants (so register early). Entry fee: $45. Good for vehicle and a three day pass for 2 and dinner tickets. Deadline for entry is March 10th.
April 14-18th, 20th Kool April Nites – Redding, CA: 20th Anniversary for this great event. The Friday night cruise is typically about 2000 cars. This year the cruise starts a half hour later - from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM. The main Show-n-Shine will be Saturday. All cars must be pre-registered. Opened to 1979 and older, no “under construction”. Register early and book a room ASAP (they fill up quickly). $40 entry fee.
